It has a clubhouse, a large pool and a kids' pool, playgrounds and green space.
Its trails are the standout. They connect to the West Branch Nature Trail and the 90-acre West Branch Nature Preserve, which borders the neighborhood, so you can walk from home into the woods. A planned greenway connection is intended to link Summers Walk with River Run and the wider greenway network.
