Reading this site, sending us a message or talking with us does not by itself make Carolina Signature Properties your agent. Representation begins only when you sign a written agreement with us, such as a listing agreement or a Buyer Agency Agreement, and that agreement sets out the terms. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated, and we do not guarantee it. Descriptions of towns, neighborhoods and homes come from public sources and our own experience, and you should verify anything that matters to your decision, such as school assignments, HOA rules, flood zones or property details.
