Jeff Ward is a REALTOR® and the Broker-in-Charge and owner of Carolina Signature Properties. He has been a licensed North Carolina real estate broker for more than ten years, and he helps homeowners in Charlotte, Concord, Harrisburg, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill and the Lake Norman towns of Davidson, Cornelius, Mooresville and Denver understand their market position before they buy or sell.

Jeff also brings more than twenty years of corporate cybersecurity leadership, creating and implementing cybersecurity programs for large companies around the world, and he holds an MBA. Much of that work came down to moments with a deadline attached, and it taught him that the preparation done before the pressure arrives decides how well anyone handles it once it does.

Sellers see where their home sits in the market, what sold, what is competing and what is happening now, before any price is discussed. Buyers work out their numbers and their offer strategy before they find the house, not two hours before a deadline.
