New Construction in Concord: What Is Being Built

New construction in Concord is a large part of the market on the newer side of the city. Cannon Run has Pulte single-family homes of roughly 2,400 to 3,600 square feet from 2024 on, plus a Ryan Homes townhome section. Annsborough Park has about 300 M/I Homes from 2022 on. Ryan Homes is still building townhomes at The Mills at Rocky River.

Each builder has its own base prices, lot premiums, options and contract. None of them is the full story until the numbers are added up.

Why Concord New Construction Buyers Work With Us

The builder's sales staff work for the builder. Carolina Signature Properties works for you: adding up the real finished price, separating upgrades worth doing now from those that can wait, looking at what strings come with any incentive, and reading the builder's contract with you. For anything legal, an attorney should advise you.

We also compare new with nearly new. Heritage Ridge, a D.R. Horton neighborhood built in 2022 and now sold out, offers resale homes that may include finishing touches a new build would charge for. Buying new construction covers the approach, and what your budget buys explains the comparison.

  5. Independent inspections. Before drywall and before closing.

Choosing Among Concord's New Neighborhoods

Location, lot and amenities separate these communities as much as the homes do. Cannon Run has easy access to Highway 73 and the interstates, and Annsborough Park sits off Odell School Road near Poplar Tent Road.
